Message There are people that are attentive drivers and those that are not. Attentive drivers are less likly to use a phone when driving, and when they do, they are more cautious. The remainder are the idiots that tailgate at 80+ and change lanes with disregard to approaching traffic etc. When these bozos get on the phone, the three brain cells they were previously devoting to driving gets reduced to one, and all hell breaks loose. Besides, I'm not interested in what the statistics of the masses indicates, I am more concerned with the single person behind me, and when that individual is yacking on the phone, I get nervous. I have seen/participated in too many close calls where phone were involved to believe the stats.

Alan.
